If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable, except as required by law or expressly stated in writing by us.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel through your account settings or we notify you otherwise. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal term at the then-current rate.
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also cancel your subscription at the end of your current billing period through your account settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law and except as otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial subscription periods.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Services. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", and Social Nest Marketing expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Social Nest Marketing, its affiliates, or their respective directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) U.S. dollars.
We may modify the Services, introduce new features, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice, such as by posting an updated version on our website or sending an email notification.
